I’m Trevor — 32, a Navy Search and Rescue Swimmer turned certified coach. I help men and women rebuild their discipline, strength, and purpose through movement, mindset, and faith.
Years ago, I hit rock bottom.
Not just physically — but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
But God wasn’t done with me.
Somewhere in the darkness, I found my fire.
I grew up playing hockey, soccer, and football. I ran track in high school, wrestled briefly, and even tried Judo after the Navy. Movement was always part of me — but pain taught me discipline.
I served as a U.S. Navy Surface Rescue Swimmer — trained to jump into high-risk waters to save lives from the deck of a ship.
That mindset never left me.
On August 21st, the USS John S. McCain suffered a deadly collision. I lost my tow buddy — a fellow swimmer close to me in the water and on land — in Japan. I swim harder for him and my fellow service members in memory.
